War Chronicles (03.11.2022)

According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian Defence Forces repelled attacks of the russian invaders in the vicinities of Verkhn’okam’yans’ke, Spirne, Mar’inka, Novomykhailivka, Vod’yane, and Pavlivka (Donetsk oblast).

As of November 03, since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, 430 children have died and more than 826 children have been injured. Due to the active hostilities in affected regions, there is no possibility to inspect the areas of shelling and destruction.

In Ukraine, 7 civilians were killed in the past day on November 03, and 23 more were injured. This was announced by the deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko based on the data of the regional military administrations.

The Russian occupation troops actions:

Over the past day, the enemy launched 4x missile and 28x air strikes, and conducted more than 45x MLRS attacks.

Up to 30x Ukrainian settlements in Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kherson and other oblasts were affected by russian criminal acts.

In the temporarily occupied territories, the occupiers continue to violate norms and rules of the International Humanitarian Law, and laws and principles of war. In the village of Pisky (Luhansk oblast), representatives of the so-called military commander’s office conducted filtration measures against the local population. About 30x citizens were kidnapped and taken to an unknown destination. Similar events are held in settlements along the Oleshka – Nova Kakhovka highway of the Kherson oblast.

In addition, we observe an increase in the movement of trucks and cars with looted property along the motorways of Kherson oblast. Significant robberies are taking place in Beryslav and nearby settlements. In particular, the property and repair base are exported from power grid maintenance enterprises. In the village of Topolivka, the russian occupiers are using a local school and a kindergarten, where up to three hundred enemy soldiers and equipment are located, as a “human shield”.

The Ukrainian army actions:

Over the past day, Ukrainian Air Force launched 21x air strikes. 20x concentrations of enemy weapons and military equipment, and 1x air defence system are confirmed hits. Ukrainian air defence units shot down 3x Iranian-made “Shahed-136” attack drones.

During the last 24 hours, Ukrainian missile and artillery troops engaged 1x enemy command post, 4x concentrations of russian troops, weapons and military equipment, 1x ammunition depot, 1x SIGINT station, several mine obstacles, and other critical legitimate military targets.
