According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy keeps shelling Ukrainian positions all along the line of contact, reinforces defensive lines and positions on certain directions, and conducts aerial reconnaissance. The occupant forces attack civilian infrastructure and residences, thus violate the rules of International Humanitarian Law, and the laws and principles of war.
On Monday, October 31, the Russian occupation troops launched a massive strike against Ukrainian energy infrastructure facilities, in particular, hydroelectric power plants in different regions of Ukraine.
During the full-scale invasion of the Russian occupation forces into the territory of Ukraine, 430 children were killed, another 823 were injured. Children suffered the most in the Donetsk region – 420, Kharkiv – 260, Kyiv – 116, Mykolaiv – 77, Zaporozhye – 70, Chernihiv – 68, Lugansk – 64, Kherson – 58, Dnipropetrovsk – 31. This is stated by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.
The Russian occupation troops actions:
Over the past 24 hours, the enemy launched 60x missile and 15x air strikes, and conducted more than 45x MLRS attacks.
More than 50x settlements were affected by enemy attacks, including: Soledar, Vuhledar, Yakovlivka, and Vesele (Donetsk oblast).
The occupiers carry out forced displacement of the civilian population. Kakhovka town (Kherson oblast), civilians residing along the both banks of Dnipro River were forced to abandon their apartments and households.
Russian invaders continue to reinforce defensive positions and mine-explosive obstacles around civilian housing. In the settlement of Novochornomorya, Skadovskyi District, russian servicemen psychologically and physically put pressure on civilians. Local residents are kicked out of their own homes that are going to be used to accommodate occupiers.
Ukrainian army action:
During the past 24 hours, Ukrainian Air Force launched 14x air strikes against concentrations of Russian troops, weapons and military equipment, strongholds and air defense positions. In various directions, our air defense units shot down 4x russian helicopters, 2x UAVs and 45x enemy cruise missiles.
