According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the period from 28 to 30 October, units of the Ukrainian Defence Forces repelled the occupiers’ attacks in the vicinities of settlements: Andriivka, Bilohorivka (Luhansk Oblast); Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Vremivka, Vodyane, Kam’yanka, Zelenopilya, Soledar, Mayorsk, Mar’inka, Nevelske, Novobakhmutivka, Pervomais’ke, Yakovlivka (Donetsk Oblast).
As of October 30, 2022, since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, 430 children have died and more than 823 children have been injured. Due to the active hostilities in affected regions, there is no possibility to inspect the areas of shelling and destruction.
Between October 28 and 30, 25 civilians were killed in Ukraine and 34 more were wounded. This was announced by the deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko based on the data of the regional military administrations.
During the invasion of the Russian occupation forces on the territory of Ukraine, as a result of bombing and shelling by the armed forces of the Russian Federation, 2,688 educational institutions were damaged. 331 of them were completely destroyed.
According to the Ministry of Health, since the beginning of the large-scale war, Russian occupation troops have damaged more than 1,000 medical facilities in Ukraine. 29 civilian doctors were killed and over 100 were injured.
During the day of 28th October, the adversary launched 15x air strikes and 1x missile strike, over 40x MLRS attacks. During the day of October 29th, the adversary launched 4x missile and up to 25x air strikes, and conducted over 70x MLRS attacks. During the day of 30th October, the adversary launched 3x missile and 1x air attack, over 30x MLRS attacks.
The Russian occupation troops actions:
In order to avoid panic among personnel, the command of the russian occupant forces uses every means in an attempt to hide the actual casualties.
Due to the major problems with the provision of medical treatment, that include unstable operations of medical aviation, low development of medical infrastructure in Belgorod oblast of russia, and overcrowded (working at 100% capacity) medical facilities, russian invaders are forced to evacuate their wounded personnel to neighboring Voronezh oblast.
In the temporarily occupied Beryslav settlement, Kherson oblast, the occupiers en-masse change into civilian and occupy local private households.
The occupation authorities of the temporarily seized territory of the Kherson Oblast are attempting to render conditions for the locals in the territory under their control unfit for living. Thus, since October 29, Internet access has been turned off in Nova Kakhovka, and information is being disseminated through loudspeakers prompting the locals to leave the Oblast within 48 hours due to the alleged threat of missile strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Medical personnel of local hospitals and emergency services of the city are subject to the so-called “evacuation” on priority basis. In addition, the occupation authorities have officially ordered entrepreneurs to sell off all food products and close their shops and markets since 1 November 2022.
According to the information available, the enemy is taking preparatory measures to withdraw its artillery units from the right bank of the Kherson Oblast. They may be further transferred to other axes.
The Ukrainian army actions:
During the day of 28th October, the aircraft of the Ukrainian Defence Forces has launched 29x air strikes. 21x concentrations of manpower, weapons and military equipment, 3x strong points, and 5x positions of anti-aircraft missile system of the enemy were confirmed hits. Ukrainian air defence units shot down 2x Ka-52 helicopters and 1x Su-25 attack aircraft of the enemy.
As a result of accurate Ukrainian artillery strikes, up to 300x occupiers amassing prior the next attack on Ukrainian positions were neutralized in the vicinities of Maiors’k (Donetsk oblast). About 60x more lightly wounded were taken the next day to medical facilities in the city of Horlivka. Up to 20x russian military were neutralized in the village of Chervonopivka (Luhansk oblast), and about 30x occupiers got wounded.
During the day of 30th October, the aircraft of the Ukrainian Defence Forces have launched 5x air strikes: the targets included 1x concentration of weapons and military equipment, 2x platoon-level strong points, as well as 2x positions of the air defence systems of the adversary.
During the day of 30th October, units of Ukrainian missile troops and artillery hit 1x command post of the russian occupiers.
