America: The first round of parliamentary elections will take place in the Dominican Republic.

America: Ecuadorian presidential candidates Luisa Gonzalez and Daniel Noboa will debate before the October 15 presidential election.

Europe: Ukraine celebrates Defender of the Fatherland Day on a new date for the first time.
