According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Over the past day, the enemy launched 1 air and 2 missile strikes, as well as more than 10 MLRS attacks on the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces on the line of contact.
As of the morning of November 21, 2022, more than 1,276 children were affected in Ukraine as a result of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. According to official information from juvenile prosecutors, 437 children died and more than 839 were injured of varying severity.
As of November 21, investigators of the National Police of Ukraine launched 44,800 criminal proceedings on the facts of crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine by servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and their accomplices.
The Russian occupation troops actions:
The covert mobilization campaign is ongoing on the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea. In particular, a meeting of the so-called leaders of law enforcement agencies with representatives of city administrations and heads of village councils took place in Sevastopol on November 19th. The main topic of the meeting agenda was the “low numbers of mobilized personnel that don’t comply with the numbers defined by the mobilization plans”.
In order to solve the mentioned problem, starting from November 21st, the mobilization papers are going to be handed over to population against signature by representatives of the so-called military commissariats [recruiting stations] accompanied by police personnel.

Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian Air Force launched 1x air strike on enemy concentration area. Ukrainian missile and artillery troops engaged 1x command post, 1x fuel storage, and 1x concentration of enemy troops, weapons, and military equipment.
