War Chronicles (12-13.11.2022)

Over the past weekend, Ukrainian Defence Forces repelled enemy attacks in the vicinities of Novoselivs’ke, Stelmakhivka, and Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), and Bilohorivka, Kurdyumivka, Vodyane, and Maryinka (Donetsk oblast).

As of November 14, 2022, 430 children have died and more than 830 children have been injured since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Due to active hostilities in the affected areas, it is not possible to inspect the areas of shelling and destruction.

The Russian occupation troops actions:

The enemy keeps shelling Ukrainian positions all along the line of contact, reinforces defensive lines and positions on certain directions, and conducts aerial reconnaissance.

The occupant forces continue deliberate shelling of civilian infrastructure and residences, thus violate the rules of International Humanitarian Law, and the laws and principles of war. 

The city of Kharkiv and other settlements in Kharkiv oblast suffered enemy shelling.

Over the past day, the enemy launched 4x missile and 13x air strikes, and conducted up to 60x MLRS attacks.

A high level of mine danger remains in the liberated settlements of the Kherson Oblast. It is noted that the enemy has intensified its aerial reconnaissance, which may indicate that it is planning to attack both military and civilian objects by fire. Units of the Defense Forces continue to carry out stabilization measures.

According to available information, on November 12, the russian occupiers carried out a mortar shelling of the private sector of the settlement of Gornostaivka, Kherson Oblast, whose residents refused the so-called evacuation. As a result of the shelling, two local residents were killed and three were injured.

In some temporarily occupied settlements of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, local residents are being evicted from their homes to house servicemen of the occupying forces.

Since November 10 of this year, the so-called “evacuation” of the property of the Donetsk Railway Administration to the city of Ilovaisk has been observed.

The adversary continues to suffer losses. According to detailed information, on the night of November 13, the Defense Forces destroyed an ammunition depot, about 40 russian occupants, 2 units of armored vehicles and 10 enemy trucks in the area of Kaira, Kherson Oblast.

The Ukrainian army actions:

Ukrainian Air Force launched 16x air strikes over the past 24 hours. 10x concentrations of enemy troops, weapons and military equipment, and 6x positions of air defence systems were confirmed hits. 

Over the past day, Ukrainian Defence Forces shot down 1x “Orlan-10” UAV. Ukrainian rocket and artillery troops engaged 2x command posts, 11x concentrations of enemy troops, weapons and military equipment, and 2x other critical military targets of the aggressor.
